The Catholics, I think
If I recall Church history correctly, didn't all the other sects split off from the Catholic Church? (Or from other sects that split off from the Catholic Church.) So if they wanted to go to the source of the violation, they'd want to sue the Catholics.

The Roman Catholic Church split off from the Orthodox Churches. So, if you're looking for the most authentic Christian tradition, you have to go with the Eastern Orthodox Churches.
