I love that song (not the charmed version so much as the version from T.A.T.U), but it's most certainly not a good sign having someone running it having it as a ringtone :P

Reminds me of a recent Samhain ritual I did in London. We crossed the River of Souls as the priestess leading the path-working described the Ferryman, saying how he "knows your past", when suddenly somebody's phone rang and she looked towards them with the most deadly gaze and uttered "... and he has your number... and he won't be pleased!"
Being as i was taking a peripheral last-minute role in this open ritual, I couldn't help but put on a cheshire cat grin at whoever had obviously not been listening at the beginning, when everyone was asked to "Silence or switch off your phones!"
