Deepest apologies for the vacation
Welcome back everyone! I see many faces I remember and tons more new to me! Welcome back veterans and glad to have you newbies!
My deepest apologies for the strip’s long vacation. To not get into much detail, thankfully my feet are back underneath me again and I’m hopefully in a place where I can create the strip on a regular basis again. Currently there is a (huge) void in the strip (from August 4th to November 3rd) – I will try to refill this with content, but I do not want to promise what I am unsure I can deliver. If I do, you’ll be the first to know!

my sister-in-law is staying with us (she's 14) and she was doing that until i threatened to make her run the stairs until i got tired. since will live on the third floor and she's a klutz (she falls down more often than my 2 yr old) she decided to quit. she used to do the valley girl thing too... now she does the emo thing. that's much easier to deal with cuz then she shuts up and goes away. lol

Don't go thinking this is funny. I literally had someone laugh at me yelling ELLOHELL! and I just wanted to smack 'em. I recently learned the word "flounce" because it's apparently meaning someone who shouts screw-you to stupid people and then leaves. Apparently it's fun to single out poeple, piss them off, then laugh at how they flounce on their way out. Stupid... nothing better to do, have we?
I don't know the internet language, and given the IQ of those who use it, I'm quite glad of it. I think it's time we start spraying for sheeple.

The other side of flouncing
Flouncing is also what it's called when stupid people refuse to listen to intelligent discussion and post their disgust with the fact they're being called on their bullshit as they knock the virtual dust of the place off their feet. Funny thing is, sometimes, smart vs. stupid is in the eye of the beholder. Kind of how someone who thinks they're bright can come across as didactic, pompous and arrogant.

there is a time and a place for txt speek and l33t. that is sarcastically and or satirically. it should only be used by people with a brain to make fun of those who abuse it, such as oops i loled myself (or for the spectacularly retarded lawl), or OH-EM-EFF-GEE-ROFFLE-BEE-BEE-QUE, or my favorite, in Soviet Russia rofflecopter lols you (because a Russian spam mailer got wacked by the russian mob, true story). i think i shall stop my rant from truely starting otherwise it will longer then even i care to read let alone write. sufficed to say i Mega Loath Text Speak.

To make matters worse, most of the younglings I deal with think those are the actual spellings of real words and that TXT speak is an actual part of the English language. Gods help us all.

Okay. 133t is basically an ASCII-text language where you use letters and symbols with similar shapes to letters and/or phonemes to create similar appearing words on screen. Example:

Lolcats is a more recent popular method of writing on the internet...often using phonetic spellings and deliberate misspellings. Example:
