This “off panel” conversation really did happen! I overheard it while I was eating lunch in a restraunt in California on Spring Break. Frightening, no?

Levels of Vibration

I have over heard this as well but had already read it here. I asked what they were talking about, here is the explaination I was givin. All diminsions (we are in the 3rd or the 4th depending on who you ask) are just different states of spiritual vibration. Spirits are in the deminsion higher then ours and therefor appeare transparent to us though they view themselves as solid. This makes it hard for them to interact with our plane. Now, supposedly, those who are spiritual enlightend and have achived a Christ or Kristna conciousness can with concentration move themselves to these higher planes. Sorry in hindsight for any spelling mistakes, I'm a really bad speller, and also if I explained incorrectly as I am just repeating what I had been told.

the wave existance theory,

the wave existance theory, explored to some extent in Xenogears of all places, more so in the book "the boy who slayed god" (banned in the US because its "anti-religious" even though it talkes about slaying a false god, and banned in canada because its too much of a pain to ship to only one country in a continent aperently) but the theory is is that since there are waves to almost everything including our consiousness, that god must therefore be a wave lifeform. or something of the like. kinda like how light is both partical and wave.

Doesn't scare me at all

I'm all for expanding consciousness in many ways. But I realize that part of the delight in this strip is to poke fun, so I get why these guys are 'scared'.
