As of January 17th, 2008 Oh My Gods! officially switched to being licensed under a Creative Commons License.

As long as you credit this site (http://ohmygods.co.uk), and don’t modify the comic strip(s), you are fully and legally allowed to post as many Oh My Gods! Strips as you want anywhere for personal / non-commercial use – totally for free! How awesome is that?!

High-res? Commercial use?

Of course, the ability to purchase high-res, full print quality versions of any strip is still available of any strip, as well as Commercial Licenses for anything you can likely dream up!
